When online inquiries are enabled, Madi Land Development collects the name, email, optional phone and property location, area of interest, and message you submit. We use these details to review and respond to your inquiry and discuss potential property or development partnerships.

Service Providers and Security

Our website runs on Vercel. Inquiry records are stored in Supabase. Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect forms against automated abuse. A short-lived hashed network identifier is used to limit repeated submissions. Please do not include financial account information, identification documents, or confidential deal materials in an initial inquiry.

Access and Retention

Inquiry information is available to authorized Madi Land personnel. It is not published in the property portfolio or automatically forwarded to outside property owners. Closed inquiries are reviewed for deletion after 12 months, subject to ongoing business and recordkeeping needs. Rate-limit records expire after 24 hours and are cleaned on subsequent submissions.
